A simple, fair approach to returns, exchanges and refunds — designed to make every Imaan order feel considered from arrival to resolution.

Damaged, wrong or unused? Let us put it right.
We are an Imaan fragrance house and are committed to quality. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace, refund, or exchange wherever we can. Your comfort is the standard.

When we can help
- Damaged or faulty item — replaced or refunded.
- Wrong fragrance or missing items — corrected or refunded.
- Unused item in original condition — exchanged or store credit offered.
REPORTING WINDOW
7 days from delivery
All damages, missing items, wrong items, and returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. When contacting us please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Photographic evidence of any damage (if applicable)
CONDITION OF GOODS
What must be returned?
Items must be in their original, unused condition. Sprayed perfume is considered used and is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. We are unable to exchange or refund a perfume after it has been sprayed.
Do not dispose of bottles or packaging until our team has completed its investigation.
RETURN SHIPPING & INSPECTION
Who pays, and what happens next?
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We suggest using a track-and-trace shipping method; we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit while being returned to us.
- All refunds are subject to inspection by the Imaan team.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once inspection is complete.
